Cherubini-family boat builders is a premier builder of big, fast, super-strong, “sailor's” sail boats. The Cherubini Classic speedboats are built to similarly high standards. Hulls are solid, thick and strong with heavy fiberglass stiffeners carefully bonded to the hull for additional rigidity. The stiffeners have no wood cores so they can’t rot and weaken with time. Key bulkheads are carefully attached to the hull with wide, heavy fiberglass cloth tabbing. Expanded foam further stiffens the hull and cockpit and provides sound deadening and flotation. The fiberglass deck molding is stiffened with a structural foam and is attached to the hull with 3M 5200 as well as mechanical fastenings every few inches.
